A message dated April 12, 2008, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 88(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for                                                             
consideration:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 88(JUD)                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to televisions, monitors, portable computers, and                                                          
    similar devices in motor vehicles; relating to the definition of

    physical injury for the Alaska Uniform Vehicle Code; and
